Wondering if any owners have a legible decal at this location that's still readable. Would like to reproduce one if I knew what it said. My original has the label in place but is unreadable. Photo attached is not my car...it was handy just to show location. 1974 introduced new wording on the decal, started with CAUTION and had 2 lines of words beneath it, then divided by a line and then BK (which matched up with item on buildsheet). copy_74 Z28 - Copy.jpg

    Heed the warning!

I tore a hole in the original reservoir in my 78 by prying against it. :(

That's it! Finally got to see that again after all this time. I was beginning to think that one was lost forever. THANK YOU.

Time ago not sure if for not enough tools or experience sometimes used some “lever” to pry on ps pump to adjust the belts.
This pic is from a 73 z28 and looks like a “bent” on top.

    Regards

You would pry against the other side to get belt tension . I was doing my water pump about a month ago . I had to think twice as my sticker is long gone

Sure looks like they did just that. Hopefully it doesn't leak. Live and learn.

Even though the decal had a clear protective layer over it they became unreadable very quickly through normal use. By the way the 1973 decal was a bit different from '74. Basically the same warning though.
