    Finally made some progress on 3D printing the eyebrows...First iteration is rough with room for improvement on scaffolding and finish texture...
    Next runs will be ABS black, then fine tuning finish using acetone vapor treatment. Goal is to produced a perfect, show quality piece

    Did you start with a CAD file or did you scan an existing part?

    That looks pretty good! I brought a pair to a place a few years ago and got a quote on scanning and making them. It was cost prohibitive at the time.

    I thought of fixing it but I’ll take a pair since my left one is in has a bad screw hole.
