Excellent condition steel bell housing, asking $600 ($855.95 at Summit). Quicktime RM-6023
Had it in my '71 Camaro for about 15K miles. Went to LSX setup.

I double checked with liberty gear where I bought my T56; apparently it's an early version for a GM swap out and require the adapter plate. Sorry I don't think that I can use it as the transmission is not set up for it

It will accommodate more than one pattern for the trans. Maybe check the part number of the housing against your trans. Mine is a T56 Magnum Tremec from Hurst.

This housing is advertised to fit LS-1 t56's, so it fits the older models.

Just to help out, this is about the simplest way to run an LS-style T56 with internal slave behind a first generation small block. Or big block too I guess. Sure it's a bit of initial cost, but you don't have the added expense of a pull-type clutch that was used in the LT-style T56.
