Radiator Emissions Sticker

Need some help. I want to replace the ‘exhaust emissions eng tune-up sticker’ that goes on the right top side of the radiator cover on my 1971 Z28. The factory assembly manual calls out GM pn 3992257. The problem is I can find a sticker that looks like what I need, but can’t find one with the correct part number on lower right corner of the sticker.
Has anyone found the sticker with the correct GM part number on it?

Looks like the main source for these is Jim Osborn Reproductions. Might send an email and see if they have it.

I see a number of sites offering a 3994019 for a 1971 Z28. You might see if other members here with the same car might have the original sticker on their car. Often, decals changed during the production year so different ones might have been used other than what the assembly manual calls for.
