Recommendation for outer window felts

    I'm actually going to speak to a guy in the business of body and paint and full ground up restorations tomorrow. He has done quite a few 1st and 2nd gen camaros. Im going to see if he has any suggestions

    It might. You can Google the part numbers, and sometimes it will give you a link to an obsolete parts dealer that still has some in stock.

    I have ordered yet another set from a company called The Parts Place. They say they are not made by PUI or Repops. That they have had these made properly. We will see about that. I am on a mission for this.

    As far as the ones Ricks72Z28 has, They have the chrome bead on them. My doors have a wide Chrome molding on them already so I really need the ones without Chrome bead. However if those were to fit my car properly after taking the Chrome molding off then I would get them.

    I did go to another DM dealer and asked. They gave me a part number of 8727969 (Sealing strip??)

    I just googled that part number and don't think the guy had the right thing??

    Looks like I found a much better product/fit. Got them from a place called "The Parts Place". They are in Dekalb Illinois. Part number WS6025Z 109.00. 1970 Camaro window felt kit inners and outers without chrome bead for cars with door reveal moldings. Much better then the PUI or other junk I tried first. See pic.
