Just wanted to give a shout out to Leo and Stevie Ray at CI for their help with a warranty issue for a RetroSound radio. After it was installed, the display would not illuminate. No troubleshooting, even with RetroSound, would fix the issue. Called CI and they offered to replace it with a new one. They even covered the shipping on the defective radio. No hoops to jump through and they were very understanding. That radio cost me a lot of money, even with a 15% discount, free shipping, and no sales tax back when I bought it. I was also able to track the shipping of the old and the new radio via e-mail. The radio was on back order for a few days and it's the last part I needed for the 73Z. The packing slip was stamped "High Priority", which was pretty cool. Overall the easiest return I ever had. Big thanks for the help, CI!!
