He was selling it due to financial reasons.... the theories right now are that this was fairly spontaneous since he used a belt hanging in a doorframe, rather than a rope. (Superficial cuts on his arms too... rather than hoarding pills or something.)
I have to admit... I usually dont care when a celebrity dies - it isnt like I actually knew them - but this genuinely makes me sad. Robin was well known for his kindness, he was a big supporter of the USO and visiting troops, and he seemed like a genuinely good guy.
