After watching Favre come out of retirement three times, I wonder why they keep trying to come back. They don't need the money, and their bodies don't need the abuse. But I suppose after being in the limelight like that for 20 or so years, it's tough to give it up.

well, we have seen that Gronk can't stay out of the Limelight. Since he retired, it was like every 2 weeks "is he coming back?", then he was peddling CBD Oils, then New Years Eve with Steve Harvey, then the WWE.....

I lost an arse load of money betting with all the bandwagon Raiders fans that year. Coming in on that Monday to see all the sad sack faces was almost worth it.

My coworker and I were talking about Tampon Tom and we wondered, if the games are played with no fans in the stadium will we actually get to hear Tommy sob every time he's pounded into the turf?

I didn't watch any games this season, but from what I understand, Tommy did better than your hero Aaron Rodgers.

Rodgers is so upset that fans saw him get sacked 5 times in one game at Lambeau Field that he's not sure he'll return to Green Bay...

Not my hero, he's a dooshe bag, just a better football player than Cousins.

I don't think Tantrum Tom was rated in the top ten all year but he got his team to the big show. NFL is a results driven league and Tom got results. I talked poo and had to eat crow.

Cousins will "almost" get you there (not likely now that Gary retired again)

General FYI, I shouldn't have to say it but no politics in the thread. Don't watch? Don't care? Don't post :)

NOT A nfl fan ..(not free long) more of an NHL fan but i watched 15 mins a week.....just to see the super hero's do there thing.....was cool to see the Bucs go from talent driven sh*t organization to a full on TEAM .....
as was mentioned...its a result oriented game....results are there...they got it done! PERIOD. It's also note worthy and unfortunate that many of the "young guns" have NO senior-mentors" to train them on HOW TO TRAIN.....they are all 8 yrs and GONE.

    Kids these days.....
