With your completely stock engine, it's highly unlikely you will see any performance upgrade with roller rockers. Why do you need to replace rocker arms? The rarely wear out, go bad, etc.
I have couple of rocker which broke off in th last few months , I make a research about roker arm and found some articles about changing the type of rocker arm and gain some hours power, found some video about people change the rocker arm to the roller type and according to them they gain 20-30hp . My concern is to damge my engine as I work by my self here in Jordan.

Corky nailed it. --- and just WHY/HOW did your RAs break off? Do You Have Coil Bind? Have you checked / measured for Coil Bind ?

Also, changing from OE stamped steel "sliding shoe" rockers to a roller tip or full roller will usually REQUIRE BOTH addition of guide plates and adjust them properly. Yes, there are exceptions --- thus usually.

Moreover, a roller tip is, in and of itself, an exercise in futility --- the Vast Majority of rocker arm friction is at its Fulcrum and Not at its tip --- but it looks good on paper and in marketing layout-puffery.

Thanks for replying,
I see your point , just another question as I coulpe of rocker arm broke off in the past few months do you recommend change them all or the broken one only. Also I want to check the push rode to any damage or if any need any replacement, I found here in old shop a ball end push rode is these good.

Thanks for your time.

I don't recommend replacing Anything unless and until you First diagnose and identify WHY it broke. --- Root Cause Analyses.
Suggest begin with investigating any coil bind. Google is your friend.

A waste of $ for the low HP 77-81 Z28’s. Just buy stock GM replacements. If you want all you need is the roller tip rockers and not the full roller.

Solid advice from Sandlapper, find out what causing the rockers to break first. I had rockers to gall up before, but not break. Can you post pictures?

Full roller rockers are more precisely made than the stamps, and are a definete upgrade. It was a seat of the pants change in my 454ho crate motor.Felt like I put a bigger cam in.
I would troubleshoot any problems first of course.

Several things come to mind, it could be an oiling issue. Was there any squeaking noise before this rocker broke? Does the ball or socket look like it's seen high temperatures? Post a picture looking down the center of the rocker, where it mounts on the stud. Do this on the broke ones and a couple still on the car.
