same shocks ?

    Are bilstein shocks bought from hotchkis different from bilstein shocks that are offered thru summit and if they are will it be noticable in a street car ?

    Should be the same as long as you order the same part as the ones that are listed by Hotchkis

    I think the shock body is the same but the valving inside for rebound is changed from the regular Bilstein. Check with Hotchkis directly to make sure.

    The valving was done to complement their TVS suspension kit but they'll work on any car.

    they are not the same the valving is different. HOtchkis has a priority setup that is not available from anyone else.
