    See ??

Now how long have you been taking medications just to support your body's ability to survive while smoking ?? That's something to strongly consider in your mental perception of smoking that should help you stay away.

So many people in society today could live longer and happier if they exercised daily and didn't smoke. But Dr's are more then willing to prescribe a pill for any of our poor health choices instead. Profits to be made off stupid decisions.

48 hrs now. Scalp crawling, dry mouth, and the urge to eat everything in site (which I am resisting). I think the physical symptoms are supposed to end after 48-72 hours?

Also couldn't sleep last night but having a hard time staying awake tonight.

Get the huge bag of Lifesavers mints bro.

Get something in your mouth, and keep water nearby.

Got skittles. Eating them one at a time.

I'm on my 3rd 52 oz mug of weak unsweetened ice tea. Dr. said it would help flush the nicotine out so I'm drinking so much I slosh when I walk!

Sounds like a good time for a nice hour-long walk, get your mind off of it and get healthy at the same time. :)

The further away you get from smoking health-wise,the less likely you'll ever want to light one up again...it'll make you ill.

I used Chantix after/while really working on losing weight for months. Quitting smoking often precedes weight gain. I used the drug for 2 months I think and stopped smoking after the 1st week.

That's been 3-3.5 years and while fat, I rarely think about smoking...

    Next I quit heroin ;)
