Speedometer Rebuild

It looks like I'm going to be in the market for a speedometer rebuild. My speedometer initially would get stuck at 30 MPH, but would eventually go back to operating properly. Now it stays at 30 MPH and reads 30 MPH more than the actual speed going down the road. Does Gaugemarks handle this type of rebuild?

I saw his post talking about retirement but I had hoped he would still be doing some business I've bought a few things from him over the years. The work was always top notch. I'll check his website and see if there's still contact info up.

The gauge cluster is out of a 1978 I believe, but it has mismatched needles at this point anyways.
