623rwhp is definately going to put that camaro into the low 9's high 8 seconds in the 1/4 to bad the only tracks are LVMS or famosa since irwindale and fontana are closed
yep the track situation in socal sucks !!!! ,can't even play on 135th and main anymore either !!! with that much hp at the wheels you'll need a chassis cert and a 25.5 cage installed in order to run down the track ,like i mentioned you're looking at a high 8 second to low 9 second pass at well over 160mph
Awesome!! Building a s475/LQ4 myself, all stock except for a XR269 216/220 114lsa cam, and the Holley EFI system, truck intake. How much boost did you end-up with, and what rpms were the hp/tq? What does your fuel sys look like?
that was 15lbs 91oct low boost and 100oct at 15lbs the fuel system stock tank sumped a1000 pump stock rail, regulator to the stock feed in the tank as a return it was a pretty low budget setup
FYI, both Lompoc and Santa Maria are in process of 'building' tracks, and thats including road courses as well. Lompoc will be an 1/8 mile and SM a 1/4 mile. I dont know the details of the planned road courses. This would bring sanctioned drag racing back to the County that it originated in. Goleta, California was the location of the first official drag racing, at the Santa Barbara Airport (a converted World II War Air Field) in Goleta. Both Lompoc and Santa Maria are in Santa Barbara County. Keep your fingers crossed guys/girls. Tom
