Yup, relocating back home to NY. Should be there by May. I'm attempting to cover every aspect. My plan is to live in an apartment for a year but during that time locate a home to buy. The greatest drawback are NY taxes. We sold our home in 2012. Since that time, at least according to Zillow, the taxes have gone up 77%. I may even try to set something up with the guy who is restoring my car. He went from a small facility to one which now has tripled in size. Hell, I told him to add a shower and bedroom and I'll stay there and work on cars!
