Stripped door sweep screws

    Any tips here? A few of the door window sweeps screw holes are stripped. How can make them work? Don’t want to go bigger, maybe fish line or jb weld? What have y’all done?

    Zapped with the MiG then a little grind and pilot hole drilled. Good as new

    If you don’t have a mig welder then get some guitar string and cut a piece and bend the top 90* so you can let go So it won’t drop down and screw in the screw.

    or hammer and dolly...."peen" the hole back small.
