Stroker - piston sticks out of Cyl. 0.115"

I am currently putting together a small block chev stroker. It has an eagle forged crank and wiseco Tru-Street pistons. I am putting AFR 195cc heads on it.
The shortblock is assembled and the pistons stick out of the cylinders 0.115".
What is the best way to address this?
My first thought is I can order Cometic MLS gaskets with a compressed thickness of 0.140", leaving 0.025" clearance. Is this the only thing I can do or do I have to completely rethink my assembly?
Any suggestions are welcome.

Never heard of a head gasket with a compressed thickness of 0.140. Did you mean 0.040? and maybe the pistons out of the hole 0.0115?
If so .040 0r .045 could work

Doing some math, a possibility I have come up with is I think the engine shop I ordered my parts through may have given me 6" rods instead of 5.7". The difference in compression height for pistons using 6" vs. 5.7" rods pretty much equals the amount of my stick out. I will pull one back out of it tomorrow and measure.

I had the dial indicator on it, no doubt .115".
I have never seen a head gasket that thick before either, but out of curiosity I looked and Found it on Summit. Cometic MLS head gaskets C5245-140 is .140" compressed thickness.

Damn that sucks, so either swap pistons or rods. Was this a balanced assembly?
Yes, had the whole assembly balanced. I do have another set of rods that I had in another stroker I had built a few years ago for the racecar. (or I have 7 rods....... when it went boom it really went boom lol) May be able to just get one more and be back in business.

why would anybody assemble a short block like this? should have stopped after the first piston installed, who knows what else is mismeasured inside, if you use the thick head gasket you're going to need intake manifold spacers or stack gaskets, slip collar distributor, maybe longer head bolts, maybe header interference, maybe several things I'm not thinking of currently

My 383 with Eagle kit and 5.7 inch rods ended up .017 out of the hole. I can live with that. .061 MLS gasket brought me to 10.1 static CR, runs great, no fitment issues with intake. Personally, I think .115 is a bit much.
