The materials were still good but the stitching turned to dust. So far I have hand stitched one. The other represents how it started off. Pretty good I think. Just takes time. Thanks to Tony P, I can find the holes to install them.;)

    Nice job! :D

    Just out of curiosity...
How many stitches are in 1970 Camaro visors?

(Just about every detail about a 70 Camaro is here somewhere but I don’t think I’ve ever seen that one.)

    Thank you.

I do not know but it takes about 6-8 feet of thread to do one visor and about an hour.
Cost = About $0.50 of thread.

Does anyone know which visor goes on which side? The part numbers are the same but one says "CAV 1" and the other is "CAV 2"
The visors I have are otherwise exactly the same. One will have the screw exposed when up, or I have 2 from the same side.

OK, so the passenger screw is exposed. I do not have a mismatched set in any way. Now, which way does the Dorito shaped base attach to the roof?

    Sizing the wheels.
The rear was easy and these tires will fit fine in the well.

The fronts, I have not bought the fronts yet and finding the right wheel measurement is hard. I am using this tool and it tells me a wide tire a lot of others here can run with the stock fenderwells in place will rub the rear of the wheel well when turning. I have been getting some great help on here from

    That’s a lot of tire!

What wheel width and backspacing will you use with them?
