I ran across this super easy chili recipe and thought you guys might like it. I have made it 3 times and can't get enough. 1. 1 lb ground beef, browned. 2. 1 16 oz jar of chunky salsa. Your choice of brand and heat. (I used hot and it was perfect.) 3. 1 packet McCormick chili seasoning. 4. 3/4 cup salt free beef broth. 5. 1 16 oz can of your choice of beans. (I don't care for kidney beans, used black beans) 6. Season to taste. 7. Throw it all together and simmer for about 20 minutes. You can serve it alone or on anything you prefer. Enjoy.
