Now that McDonalds has pulled cheeseburgers, fries and chocolate milk from their (un)Happy Meals, maybe this will be the replacement. "12 years to save the planet"? we've been hearing that for 40 years.
Yeah, and we were gonna run out of oil a long time ago too. Saying the planet is dying is almost as popular as bitching about the next generation.
That was a god awful movie. I stopped reading when the cult that are global warming, uh climate disruption, uh I mean climate change was mentioned.

it's like being strangled by a python... you exhale a little and the coil tightens. every little liberty you give up in the name of "saving the planet" moves you one small step closer to totalitarian control over every aspect of your life (which is really the ultimate goal). Is it any wonder you see a never ending supply of "studies" and "news stories" trying to link everything we do to having some impact on global warming? man, what a racket... the government agencies and politicians that want to dictate your life are funding the activist "studies" that link all of your ordinary daily activities to destroying the planet. It then gets reported uncritically by a militantly-activist "news media" overwhelmingly populated by like-minded people in order to sway public opinion in favor of the public surrendering their liberties to those same government agencies. I'm actually shocked that they haven't had more success than they already have.
