T-56 SHIFT HUMP PANEL

Any one install the t56hump panel?
My car is on the rotisserie and body shop wants to weld it in before he primes the undercarriage. I am not sure if the eng/trans has to be installed to get the correct placement or if anyone has the correct placement measurements. Car is originally automatic with a column shifter. thanks

Are you using the hooker panel, or something else
