Tanks inc an Holley Sniper tanks

The Tanks Inc and Holley Sniper seem to be identical. The price on the Tank’s inc. Site is $600 including the fuel sender and pump and shipping. The Holley one on summit racing is $675.

Are they the same product??

Most likely.
I bought my Tank's LS tank for my 80 Camaro from Summit with free shipping.
I was reading a car mag the other day and saw that Holley offers drop in fuel pump/fuel filter for the stock Camaro tank. Don't know if they still offer it. Was about $375.

Check this out. I bought one for myself not too long ago. Then I bought a drop in 2015 Camaro fuel pump assembly. I just finished running all new -8AN supply and -6AN return ptfe lines. I am ready to put fuel in it to test but I am going to hold off until I can put in the new wire harness.

I bought the Holley tank because that's all that was in stock at the time, had Tanks stamped on it. It's the Tanks piece relabeled.
Still a good unit, I used Tanks on my 73.
