    Hello dear members.
    I got problem...
My TH400 tranny got some small leak and now it is time to level up oil fluid. Now there is B&M Trick shift http://www.summitracing.com/parts/bmm-80259/applications
It seems very easy, just make an order... BUT now it is new reglament about that liquid fluid, oil, brake fluid and antifreez cant be shipped to Russia.
So, can somebody tell me what I can add in to my tranny? Dexron or DexronIII or what elase?
    Thanks a lot for help.
PS Tranny with quick shift and whith clutches to 700HP

Russia, really? I can hear your Russian accent in my mind as I was reading your post!!!
Dexron 3 is what should be used, Trick Shift would work also. Does Ford import cars to Russia cause you could use that kind of transmission fluid also. If your just needing a liter or 2 then almost anything would work as long as it transmission fluid.

    Yep, I'm Russian, LOL...
I'm confused about Manufacturers Recommended Fluid:GM DEXRON II at summitracing. So shoul I buy DexII and use it? I donw want to damage tranny, because rebuild here will be about 3000$ (((

Dexron-II was the current stuff when the T400 trans was in widespread use by GM...

Type-F (Ford) was specified by Fairbanks for use with their "shift-kits"... meh..

Trick-Shift has been around for decades.... I didn't notice any difference when I used it 30 yrs ago... other than it's waaay overpriced.

Dexron-III is the newer stuff... any of the above should work just fine.

So that is my question... Can I mix trick shift with dexron II or Dexron III (((
Because in Russia we got only Mobil1, Castrol, Liquy Moly and original fruids.
I found Red Line oil which is 7$ at summit, in Russia it is 30$ per 1 quarz (((

    Wow, $30 a quart!
In Russia... Lube is extra!!!

Trick Shift is labeled as "Dextron" type fluid.

Like Gary said... Top it off with Dextron II and compatibility won't be an issue.
