To me the Dodge/Chrysler cars were the poor mans car. They always seemed to be cheaper than the GM's & Fords.
The 1970 Cuda & challenger were a decent looking car. I think they were just a couple of years to late hitting the market before the musclecar scene started to die off because of the government and insurance companies... then the gas crisis. I was a little to young yet to experience the peak of the late 60's, early 70's but got to enjoy the decline of the mid & late 70's.
Many years back at MCACN show there was an original 1968 L88 Vette on display right up front. It was a street race car from LA and raced several years without ever loosing a race!.. untill it's last race when it blew the engine. After that it was parked and never came out again. It beat everything including Hemi's.
