Hard to believe but I'm 75.

The thing is I feel just like I did at 25.
You probably get along with all the ages. Im 39 and I have friends who are 18 and we play soccer in the parcs after supper and its really cool. You stay up to date and stuff. I think If I had kids, Id be a cool dad. Anyways, keep up the good attitude ZZ430.

Just be aware, the time it takes to get from your 40s to 60s is about as fast as Forth of July to Labor Day!! I was just talking about this on Sunday with a friend but at 64 I feel the same as in my 40s - except when I look in the mirror!

It's like John Wrights signature... life is like a roll of toilet paper.... the closer you get to the end the faster it goes!
That is a situation I noticed in my senior year in high school (1970). All of the neat things that seniors did, back then, anticipated in my junior year . . . suddenly the school year was gone and it was time to graduate. Lots of things not done! YIKES! And it has NOT slowed down since then.

So you survived "Middle Age Crazy" (30-40 yrs old), now what? You get in shape, lose weight, work to get blood pressure and blood sugar under control (if needed), and enjoy life as you can! Stay active and continue to PLAY CARS!

To better support these things, get some consultation on keeping your hormone levels at their prior 30s levels, too! Advancing age is something you prepare for and then enjoy, not be depressed over! AND . . . share your gained knowledge and wisdom with those in need.

Congratulations and Enjoy!

In 7 months I'll be 60. I'm typically in the gym at 4:00am 4 days per week (well, I average more like 3 days per week, but the goal is Mon, Tue, Thurs & Fri). That means getting up at 3:30, and yes it seems insane even though I do it. But if I don't go at that time, then I won't at all. I know me. My neck and hips still ache even though I'm in pretty good shape for 59. And I'm stiff when I crawl out of bed. But in a couple minutes that goes away. I guess in an unintelligible way I'm saying I'm all in on "The Final Countdown ... "

Anybody else remember that 1986 song by the cheesey Swedish band Europe? Just sayin I guess I'm old 😱

Exercise is key yeah... I maintain a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. So far it's been keeping my strong and healthy (not to mention my youngest daughter, also now a black belt, does it with me... so it's lots of fun too). Hopefully 3rd degree in a few years (or at least before hitting 60!).

The last week for being in my 40's... damn, it feels like I was just saying that about my 30's! Time is going by too fast!!!
My oldest child (daughter) is 49 this year. That means mathematically you’re young enough to be my….umm..younger brother? 😳 think on the bright side, you’re still on THIS side of the grass! 😂. Happy upcoming birthday!

I started humming the song as soon as I saw the thread title! Good for you man, same here. Gym (home) almost every day. Biking, walking, running. If I dont, I seize up.
