Isn't it time for you to go to the early bird special?

I think it is supposed to show a motivated seller.
Better than, "Title is at my Mom's house in Illinois." when you show up to buy the car, right?

well in AZ you don't get a title in your possession anymore. it's on the dmv website. if you want a actual paper title, you have to go on the website and have them mail you a title. For out of state buyers you need this, if your a az resident, you can do it on line. jim

Over the last few years whether I'm shopping for a cars, boats, trailers, sellers will list in the add "title in hand " do people really walk around with the title in their hand? Why not just say I have title? Rant over, stay off my lawn.
Totally get it, I like the replies to an ad when you're selling something... I have cash in hand... I hope so because that's the only way you'll buy what I have for sale:)
