    Quite sad...damn cancer takes another really wonderful person and ambassador of the sport, he will be missed.

    Very sad, I always loved hearing him talk baseball & hitting.

    Another reason to hate chewing tobacco.

    That sucks. What a great hitter and man. Might have hit .400 if they didn't strike back in 1994.

    I felt bad for him that he made it to the series twice but both times up against juggernauts - 84 Tigers & 98 Yankees
