Around here, the dirt trackers are always looking for those bumpers but I haven't noticed any shortage of them, either. I personally know of about a dozen big bumper parts cars that all have the bumpers in place. I sell them off cheap because I don't like to store them. They are heavy and take up a lot of space. FYI

What about a 4th option: Fiberglass bumpers? I had them on my '74.

^ I think the big bumpers look great when they're painted the body color. They blend in with the body really well.

74-77 is the next explplosive model to take off, 70-73 are a dime a dozen and very costly to buy, what you have is a very sought after year and theyre gaining value all over the U.S i have a 76 Lt, i wouldnt trade for the world, iv had 67-81 and im a very well in love with the 74-77 models, i call them THE ONCE NOTS, NOW THEIR HOTT, hope you havent sold it, i know this blog is old, but if you havent sold it, DONT!

Ditto on the body color match, I saw a yellow 74, bumpers were tucked in and color matched to the body, loved it, beautiful car.

As a one year car, 74 is to be respected.
