Turn signals (left and right) are not blinking. Where do I start to determine the problem .

what do your left and right indicators do when activated.
Off, stay lit. do both act the same?
    Does the emergency flasher work?
Turn on each turn signal and check the front and rear bulbs for any activity.
Possibly multiple bad bulbs. Corroded sockets, bad flasher.

Left and right indicators light up but do not blink.
    My emergency signals do flash.
All exterior signal lights light up when turned on

Sounds like a bad flasher issue,

There are two flasher units in this system…
One for signal lights and one for emergency flashers.

The signal light light flasher is on a pigtail under the dash.
(Emergency flasher is in the fuse block.)

Switch them around to see if the problem follows the flasher.

Glad it was the simple fix! :D

Messed up wiring (or a swap to LED bulbs) can be a much bigger challenge when it comes to signal/hazard light circuits.
