What clutch 79 ST10?

    I need to replace the Clutch in my 79 z with a factory ST10 4 speed, what size and splines do I need to order? Summit lists a 10.4 inch 10 spline and a 11 inch 26 spline kit. Not sure which one I need, and Id like to have the parts before I take it apart.

    I'm definitely not the expert but I believe you will need to pull it to verify.

    I got mine used from an 80 Z and it is a 26 spline model and the replacement clutch the guy gave me was a 10.4 in, 26 spline. I ended up using an 11 inch though.

    Not sure how much this helps but, for what its worth.

    Stock is 11" clutch with a 26 spline input on a 168 tooth flywheel.

    See if the flywheel is drilled for both the 10.4 and 11" clutch. If so get an 11"
