What heat/thermal tape does GM use on LS motor wire loom?

I need to re-wrap some wire loom on my LS3 and cannot figure out what heat/thermal tape to get. I got some thermal foil-style tape but it's way thicker than the tape that originally came on the wire looms, so it does not allow for enough flexibility and looks like crap. Any ideas what I should be looking for?

I think I found something suitable, I will report back for anyone interested. The stuff I got looks thinner and more flexible.

I am actually using the Painless performance braid for all the other wires. ;) I was going to stick with wrapping the wires that run close to the block and the exhaust (like crank and knock sensors and starter wires) with high-temp loom and then wrap that with thermal tape like GM did.

But that is something to consider, as long as the Painless braid can withstand the heat like thermal tape can.

iv been using hockey grip tape on all my underhood wiring . looks better than electrical tape or conveluted tubing and its not that expensive.

Will hockey grip tape hold up to the radiant heat?

I only want to use the foil-style thermal tape for the wires that are right next to the block since that tape can withstand high heat contact, as well as high heat radiation.

The self-sticking tape is another great option. It holds up better than electrical tape and looks good.
