There’s nothing like seeing the bar bend while you’re hold it.

Before surgery, I would do 50 sit ups and 25 push ups each morning just to get my blood going. Now, I'm still trying to recover muscle tone. A couple of months ago, I did one sit up and hurt for a week afterward. The surgeon warned me it would be like that. Now, my job requires I walk 8-12 miles or more each day.

I'm old, so I do mostly 12oz curls. When I feel like more weight, I put it in a cozy.

Ah, another married guy. I'm really jacked that there is someone else who admits to the truth. :D;)

I walk to the mailbox. Just kidding. I renamed the bathroom the “gym”. So when wife ask me if I went to the gym today I can say yes, without feeling guilty.

Between American Ninja Warrior and Youtube fitness videos i finally got motivated to get in better shape. I wrote down 5 easy calisthenics that take less than 5 minutes to do. If i want to do more or make stuff up all the better. I can do approximately one pull-up lol and that's one more than i could do before. And i've lost 14 pounds down from 230. I can see stomach muscles for the first time in my life, no chit.
