Just bought a set of 14 inch Torque Thrusts and was curious to know what the tallest tire is that I could use...Bought them for a 72 Camaro...I'd like something tall to fill up the wheel wells, you know...Maybe something 27 inches tall...Thanks

Depends on the tire BF Goodrich TA's have a 225/70 14 that I think is only 26.5 inches. I had them on my car 70 RS and went with 15' wheels to be able to get a taller/wider tire. Now run 245's that are 28"

From Radial TA catalog (much smaller now it seems)

Size / approved rim widths / OD
    P225/70R14 / 6 - 7.5 / 26.5
    P245/60R14 / 7 - 8.5 / 25.6

    Your options appear rather limited.
