Where do you figure Kirk Cousins is?

Not surprising... The Vikings fired the defensive coordinator and contracted Brian Flores.
(4 Super Bowl Rings with the Patriots)

He may not help them put points on the board but he may be able to work with the team to prevent giving up so many.

I don't think anybody expected the Vikings to go to the Super Bowl.
They provided a very entertaining season this year and that's all I cared about.

Management obviously feels the same way. They tend to keep the Vikings in QB purgatory.

Have you seen a Patriots coach succeed after leaving?

no one really expects them to go any year, as long as the stands fill thats good enough i guess.

I didn't know you are a Vikings fan, Dave? I assume he's just not a leader.

Some quarterbacks elevate the level of play of the rest of the team ...Kurt Warner, Drew Brees, Brett Favre, Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers (these are the old timers). The two QBs that just played the Super Bowl are two examples of which are doing it today. Kirk Cousins, who clearly has the assets, just doesn't do it. What is it other than leadership? Character?

I've been a Vikings fan since about 1970 (6 years-old). Apparently it's because when I was 6 purple was my favorite color and I thought their helmet design was cool. We lived in Portland OR then and the Seahawks weren't a franchise yet, so there was no "local" team to be a fan of.

So where is Cousins? At home, wherever that is, waiting for next season to start so he can again put up good stats while the Vikings go nowhere.

Vikings fan here;
My slogan about Kirk is as follows,
He's not the primary reason we lose games, he's also not the primary reason we win games, and that's not what you want from your QB.

Those are fighting words, hell no I'm not a Vikings fan. Just couldn't believe a team was dumb enough to pay Cousins all that money. Then the Broncos bring the Vikings assistant GM over and we get screwed into an even worse contract on a washed up QB. Something in the water over there makes people want to buy mediocre QB for top dollar I guess. Maybe all that cold effects the brain?
