Where's The Best Place To Mount Electric Fuel Pump?

    I Have A 78 Z28 This Is My First Electric Fuel Pump And I Was Wondering Where Would Be The Best Place To Mount It.

    NO IM RUNNIN DUAL FLOWMASTERS WITH TURN DOWNS BEFORE THE AXLE.

    mount the pump with a bracket up against the back wall of the trunk floor

    DO NOT PUT IT IN THE TRUNK. They do get hot, and could overheat. Should be exposed, and you don't want fuel coming inside the cabin anywheres. Make a bracket and attach to the side of one of the rear frame rails

    Ding, in the tank is the best spot. Pumps don't like to suck fuel. They want to push it. Second best is anywhere as close to the tamk as possible and even or below the bottom.

    its an external pump.its the holley blue logo.
