I like to add another bit of info, that will also help.
It fooled me.
I adjusted one side of the car and it fitted great.
then adjusted the other side.
Went back to the other side and the door wouldn't close probably.
A friend of mine that works on Aston Martin told me to open the door the other side or wind down the window
Thought he was joking, but did it - It Worked apparently due to the air pressure caused when closing the door.
Yep, that's pretty common. Even on the 2021 Peterbilt I drive every day. If have to let down one of the windows for the door to shut all the way without having to slam it.

Also.....if you Rain X the side window glass both inside and outside, you will be amazed how much easier your windows roll up and down

yep, replaced the door seals on both my '77 cheby trucks. you had to slam the bejeebus out of 'em, or roll the window a bit. they finally settled in.

If you have air pressure issues, the car is too tightly sealed. The original ventilation design will prevent this issue and provide adequate air flow inside with the windows closed while traveling down the highway.

After playing with my door for days, I can confirm that some electric to manual and vice versa swaps may need some drilling of new bolt holes for bolts at 5 and 6 to readjust the glass. By adjusting the door without bolts 5 and 6, I was able to see where I need to drill for a new alignment and get some slack for bolts 2. These doors are really a pain...

Do you need the outer window sweep installed in order to get this alingned and working? I’m not ready to paint my doors yet, but I would love for this to be able to seal tight in the event of rain.

What do the window stops look like in 3 &4 photos for upwards travel adjustments? I see where they go, but I don’t have them installed.

I got them adjusted. The outer sweeps do not need to be installed. The attached picture is the window stop. I'm missing two.

I ended up making the two missing window stops. Same basic idea, I made a concave area on the bottom of a similar thickness metal, cut them to width, drilled mounting holes with the drill press, and tapped them for a 1/4” bolt. It does what it’s supposed to do.

Now, when I shut the windows with the door, the close fine, but if I roll them up from inside with the door shut, the windows go out and don’t close properly. This could be due to the weatherstripping being new, or not having outer sweeps on. I have them, but want the doors painted before installation if possible.
