Windows 10 causing problems, running slower - remove KB4556799 update

You need to perform a restart after removing the update before it will show up in the show/hide utility so you can block it.

Windows 10 forced updates just like vaccines. Want to stop that? go to windows management, click on services, scroll down to windows updates and hit stop, then go to properties and disable. You will need to do this everytime you start your computer, but it works. Have not had one update in 2 years. The puter works great. The reason I do this is one of their crappy updates crashed out computer hard. Was able to recover it but vowed to never have that happen again.

I'm still running 1809 because I don't trust microsoft to not break stuff
I don't appreciate the fact they turned their users into beta testers

I never had an issue with Win7 and switched several weeks before support dropped.
