i just put that on for a link, search the sellers store, they have quite a few axles for sale, reasonably priced, just wondering how the freight would be?
looking back and it was a little cheaper then, i really wish i would have did this. found a axle out of a 71 for my 70 but wasted a lot of time and money.

If you were closer, i'd tell you to come get the one taking up space in my garage. I have one out of a 71 or 73, I can't remember which. I'd even toss in an auburn posi.

I'm sure it needs all new bearings and seals. I think it would be a huge pain in the behind to try to package it up to ship and it would likely be very expensive as well.

Was rebuilt when the car was restored about 5 years ago, bearings, seals etc. There's really nothing wrong with it other than not the direction in going with the car. Unless you're local to Northern Illinois, prob not worth shipping.

Not what the OP needs unfortunately. Your 10 bolt should be an 8.2 and not the ‘71 up 8.5 corporate 10 bolt. The 8.2 was never paired with a BBC by GM for a reason
