WTB: Aluminum Radiator LS

    What fans did you use? I don't want something that looks made to work. I would like it to look presentable like the fans were suppose to be there.

    I'm using a Griffin LS radiator designed for 2nd Gens with LS engines, it cost $267 and works quite well. It has both in and out from the passenger side and fits just like the original with the 4th gen dual fans.

    I am using 2 Spal 12" fans with an aluminum shroud I bought online. Should look show ready when I finish installing them. BTW I will have accomplished for $500 what eveyone out there is selling for $700-$1500.

    Here you go:

    radiator: Griffin 8-00010-LS $267
    fan shroud: CFR Performance HZ-1008-31 $90
    fans: Spal 30101522 $89 each from Amazon
    fan harness: Spal FR-PT $9 each from Amazon

    For those who don't know Amazon sometimes has products as much as 50% less than Summit Racing. The Summit price for the fan is $135 each.

    I plan on getting this same rad for my ls1 swap. Would the stock efan setup for a 2000 camaro bolt to this rad?

    I didn't bolt anything to the radiator itself. I made my own brackets which are attached to the core support. Basically you can make anything work if you are creative enough. Pictures below are the setup I fitted to my car. Not the cleanest but it will get the job done.
