Am late in responding, but I have a nice AM-only radio out of my 70 Camaro -- removed 40 years ago and in dry storage ever since. Was working when removed. Parts book says it's correct for 70-73. Part number 7933241. If you want an AM/FM, this is not it.

Keep in mind that 1971 Camaro’s didn’t have a stereo radio option. A 1971 Chevelle will fit. Maybe Impalas and Novas also.

I’m just looking for something original looking to be a “place holder” in the dash. It doesn’t have to work, I’m going to run the speakers off a Bluetooth amp and hide a switch under the dash. You have a pic of it? How much you want for it?

My '70 1/2 Camaro Assembly Manual indicates a full four-speaker AM/FM Stereo radio system, like what the later Gen 2 Firebirds had, but that page is marked "CANCELLED" with the 2-speaker (1 front and 1 rear speaker) system replacing it.

    FWIW,

1970 to 1972 Camaro’s did not have a stereo radio option due to the spare tire invading the space for the right rear speaker. In one of the big mysteries (to me) of F body production, the Firebirds could be optioned with a space saver spare tire and the Camaro didn’t get this until 1973.
