Console lid with button lock installed for 70, 71, and 72 Camaro. New tooling makes this redesigned 1970, 1971, and 1972 Camaro console door lid practically indistinguishable from the original.

I just received a dash pad from them that was made with new tooling and I'm really impressed with the piece. It fit right up to the dash on an initial test fit and it's MUCH sturdier than the "rubbery" OER dash pad I used the last time on my 73.
Having said that, I think I'm going to give theirs a try, based on my very recent experience with their dash pad.
I'm sure it will be! I ordered a OER lid and it is a1/4" longer in length and will not work, I will be sending it back tomorrow. Not enough adjustment in the rear tail piece to make it work.
Don't know if their are any other manufacturers out there, I'm assuming they are all made by the same people.
All I can say is that I can vouch for the fact that the CC dash pad is not OER...the quality is too high. That's why I'm willing to give CC's console lid a go.
I should be ordering mine here within the next week and I can let you know how it fits if you haven't found one by then. I don't mind being a guinea pig on this.
I purchased one from Camaro Central and will be installing as soon as I finish the repair work on my 70's original console. I did an initial fitment drop into the console before taking everything apart, and it fit in the opening fine.
If you're interested, I can post a pic of the final fit once installed and everything is screwed into place.
