Somehow my 1970 Camaro project car came without the headliner bows. I have all the clips and other pcs, just need the stupid rods. Anybody have a set?

Have you considered the newer style one piece headliners? They are much easier to install and I think they fit the older 2nd gens, too. Not, just the newer cars. Of course, if originality is the goal, this would not do. Anyway, there is a guy on this sight who makes a corrugated plastic one piece and its WAY better than the GM ones. Shipping was expensive so I asked him to fold one in half and send it to me! As an experiment, he sent it for the cost of shipping. He folded it exactly down the center and once I glued my upholstery to it, I couldn't see the crease at all! Much cheaper shipping! If you're interested, I will look up my conversation with him and get you his handle.

I know this better than most...in 99% of the case its true. Some things however that's not the case. I wouldn't recommend something I felt sucked and I'm pretty critical.

If the OP did that, he would need all new trim and sail panels.
