Well I got my rear seat covers in from TMI, 3 weeks earlier than expected

And this is the invoice for them :smokin:

    IMG_20190804_142012526.jpg

And fresh out of the box

Here's a comparison from the old to the new

Now I have never done any upholstery work and wasn't sure how long this would take. But I have to give TMI credit, the first bottom took me 30 minutes from pulling the old off an getting the new done :p

On to the back, I thought the back would be harder and again, kudos to TMI, back was easier than the bottom

Total time from start to finish took 2 hours. I love the look and how easy it was to do.

Had to see how they looked in the car :D

Not installed yet, I went looking for the bolts to install the back and wouldn't you know it I could only find 1 of the bolts :whine:

Plus I still need to install the package tray, so next is the package tray and then I can put the seats in for good :D

Very nice job on your paint job! It looks great. Great work getting it put back together so quickly too. The seats look so nice. That rear seat is sweet too! I really like it. Did you call Holley about the ecm and see what they can do for you?

Thanks, I try do do something with it everyday, no matter how small the job or the amount of heat in the shop. I really like the comfort on the front seats, they fit me good. I know the front and rear don't match material or pattern wise but I couldn't see putting back in the old crusty one when the fronts are basically new.

I haven't called Holley yet, I did more research and found out I can drive it around in open loop and it just won't learn my driving style and I need to fix an upstream 02 header leak before I do anything else with it.

They even come with a little extra padding

They seam to be very well put together, stitching is tight and straight, but since nobody will probably ever sit back there they should last a long time.

When I took the back upper apart I saw a stamp, looks like this might have been the original rear seat.
