Gold 70 RS Z LA car on ebay. If the Z-22 option is not listed on the window sticker or build sheet, could it still be a real born with RS car. Thanks for any info.

Both window sticker and build sheet should show Z22 on a RS car.

I noticed the same thing- the RS, option, AM/FM radio and the rear spoiler were added at some point, although the seller represents otherwise. The option list is wrong too; spoiler and positraction codes are wrong. The built sheet does not support those options. Still a nice car and pretty original, nonetheless.
