Ready to start caulking some seams and thought I’d try a 1/2-3/4” wide nozzle to use with the caulking tubes but for the life of me I havent found anything suitable. Anyone have a source for these?

I was in the same position when I restored my 70Z...couldn't find a suitable tip that would replicate the original seam sealer application. I ended up applying the seam sealer bead, smoothing it with my finger dipped in solvent wax & grease remover and then going over the smoothed surface with a tool I made to simulate the striations of the factory applied sealer. Very time consuming and certainly neater than original, but happy with the overall results. If you find a suitable tip, please post your findings.

Yeah good luck making it look like factory, they used a pneumatic applicator with a mop like head.

I can try and find them. They were just reg chalking tips in a bulk pack. You can probably cut them down to the widest point

If you have a construction supply house nearby, they may have them. We used them in the sausage guns when fire caulking.
