I was in the same position when I restored my 70Z...couldn't find a suitable tip that would replicate the original seam sealer application. I ended up applying the seam sealer bead, smoothing it with my finger dipped in solvent wax & grease remover and then going over the smoothed surface with a tool I made to simulate the striations of the factory applied sealer. Very time consuming and certainly neater than original, but happy with the overall results. If you find a suitable tip, please post your findings.

Yeah good luck making it look like factory, they used a pneumatic applicator with a mop like head.

Take a 1 1/2 stiff paint brush and cut down the bristles till you get a stiff application….Apply the sealer and spread with the paint brush

I have some old stiff paint brushes (I'm sure everybody does) that I could trim and probably get the job done.
Can you provide a link?

I can try and find them. They were just reg chalking tips in a bulk pack. You can probably cut them down to the widest point
