The rubber doesn't look like the ones that were usually used, but who's to say that the company who supplied the parts didn't have enough pieces in stock to fulfill the shipment for that week? It happens often in other businesses! You don't stop production especially if the part still does what it is suppose to do.

Those rubbers are first gen . Brackets could be correct though

Yup, 70-73 brackets with 69 rubber, which is reproduced…..
