Same size as listed above; 17x11s.

DUDE!!!! how frickin long are those U-Bolts for those springs????? DAAYYYAMM!!!!

Did SnapOn make a special DEEP-DEEPwell socket for you??? Are those pics for the IMAX theater version of NastyZ28???? LOL :)

ohhhh, back to the 17"x11" question...... without any mods, you shoud be able to run 17x9.5 (5.5" b/s) at the very minimum a 285/40-17. Mary Pozzi and Musclecarjohn are running this with NO probs.

I am going to try to run a 17"x10.5" rear with 6.8" backspace (with spacers).
stuck with that, because of the wheels I chose.

Hello,

Sounds like it is a must to modify the rear wheel opening lip to run the 17x11's.

Can I run the 17x9.5's without modifing my wheel opening?

yes 17x9.5 5.5 bs
285x40x17 fits perfect

Here's a shot of my 18x10" with 5.75 BS. I'm running a 285/40. They fit with no mods to the fender lip but we did trim the lip slightly because additional lowering is coming in the future.

17x11's with 315's - must modify rear wheel opening - stock suspension.

17x9.5's with 285's - do not have to modify rear wheel opening - stock suspension.

Are the above statements true ?

I've seen posts and replys claiming yes and no to both claims.

Please help to clarify.

Thanks.

The best answer I can give is for you to measure your car...when you get a tire/rim combo that is that tight of a fit within the wheelwell, you need to measure...some might fit and some may not, it's due to small differences in our car's sheet metal. If in doubt...check it out.

LOL! I was gonna resize them... but I was lazy.
And actually, that's bigger than life size... My exhaust is 2.5" diameter...
