4:30am can't sleep !!...

... and this sucks, i've tried to sleep tonight but can't everytime i'm almost asleep or sleeping my shoulder starts to really hurt and wakes me up.i even tried taking my pain pills "vicodin 750mg" and i get sleepy but the pain wakes me up.this is not going to be a fun thanksgiving today being tired and in alot of pain

eat a bunch of Turkey, maybe the Triptofin in it will put you to sleep lol

You and I must be phyco as I couldn't sleep last night either! Felt out of sorts and my nect to my shoulders ached something awful. Took two 500 mg of Hydroc (Vicatin by anther name) which fillaly took hold about 04:30. Slept till 09:30. Hydroc makes me feel groggy all day so I don't take it often.
