So I want to get new floor pans for my '78. The full floor pans. Right now I have just looked at my Classic Industries catalog for what they have and was wondering if they are the best to get these from? I mean, are all floor pans created equally? Also, it says in the catalog that they extend from the rear seats to the firewall extension. Does this mean it doesn't include underneath the back seats? Not sure that I really need it there anyway, but if I do, what are my options? If they are not all created equally, where is the best place to get these? Seems I should be able to pick some up for under $200, right? Thanks much for any and all input you all can provide.

I got the one that I have off ebay. I believe these are all stamped over seas. So no matter who you buy them from it will be the same. If you are looking at your floor without the carpet, you will see where the firewall and the floor overlap each other where the driver and front passenger feet are. This is where the aftermarket pan begins. It ends as the floor section where the rear passenger feet go. They do not extend up where the rear seat cushion is located.

Rock auto sells two types under their drill down menu. I would search all over the net and see if any are stamped in the US, and go for those.
