I need to have bushings installed in the case of M20 to repair the egg shaped holes for the cluster gear shaft. I'm having trouble finding a shop in the Denver area that knows what I'm talking about can anybody recommend someplace I can send my case to have the machine work done?

Any reputable Engine Rebuilding shop can do it or a tranny shop. Did you look in the Yellow Pages?

Take your pic of tranny shops. If a tranny shop doesn't know what the heck your talking about then they shouldn't be working on trannies. Run to an engine builder if all the tranny shops are run by Homer. Remember to take you shaft with you and the bushing will be a few thou smaller. Also one end is tighter than the other.

The nose of a Muncie counter gear shaft is tapered and the hole in the case is tapered. This forms an oil seal. The 63-65 Muncies more commonly develop this over a 66-74 Muncie because they have the smaller 7/8" counter gear shaft, whereas the later Muncies got a 1" shaft.
This guy does bushings http://www.dandltransmission.com/ if you want to send it out.
