Out of control A-Arms

I'm starting to take the front clip off of my car again I changed my mind on the color so I have to rejam the front clip. So, I figued since my front clip is off it's time to address the squeaky control arms. I put poly bushings in them around ten years ago or 3-5000 miles ago and they will not stop squeaking I would almost rather drive a ferd than listen to the squeaking OK it's not that bad. So what should I do? Replace them with different bushings and if so what kind? Any ideas
